Step 1. Select ‘Send Money’ then ‘Send Money to Bank’ or ‘Bank Transfer.’
Step 2. Select the bank of your choice and input the required details needed to process your transaction (i.e. amount, name, account number, etc.).
Step 3. On the Confirmation page, confirm the amount you wish to send. The bank transfer should be processed immediately; you will receive an SMS confirmation receipt for the transaction as well.
Via InstaPay
- Log in to BPI Online or BPI Mobile app.
- Select Transfer Money >> Transfer to another bank.
- Select the bank you want to send money and fill in the details.
- Confirm the details and enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) that will be sent to your registered mobile number.
- Log in through BDO Personal Banking or Mobile Banking.
- Choose Send Money >> To Another Local Bank >> Pick an InstaPay partner bank.
- Fill in the details.
- Enter the One Time Pin sent to your phone or generated by your BDO Mobile App’s OTP Generator.
- Confirm details.
- On the PNB Mobile Banking App or Internet Banking, select Transfer Funds on the main menu.
- For transfers to Other Local Banks, choose InstaPay.
- Select the source account where the amount will be debited.
- Choose either from Saved Payees or add a New Payee.
- Enter the amount and confirm transaction details.
- Input the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent via SMS to complete the transaction. A successful transaction notification shall be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
- Log in to your Metrobank Mobile Banking app.
- Tap the menu panel on the upper left of the screen.
- Choose TRANSFER TO OTHER BANK.
- Choose InstaPay.
- Tap TRANSFER under One-Time Transfer.
- Enter the required details.
- Tap NEXT to proceed.
- Select source account number.
- Enter the amount to send then tap NEXT.
- Tap SUBMIT.
- Enter or Submit your One-Time Password.
Via iAccess
- Log-in by entering your User ID and Password.
- Click Fund Transfer.
- Select the Source Account.
- Select Transfer to Other Banks via Instapay.
- Select the Destination Bank.
- Input the necessary details.
- Input the amount to be transferred.
- Select where the One-Time PIN* (OTP) will be sent, either through your registered mobile number or e-mail address.
- Review the details in the Confirmation Page. Once confirmed, enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number or e-mail address.
- Click Confirm then OK.
- A Transaction Acknowledgment page with the status of the transaction will be displayed.
Via the Landbank Mobile Banking App
- Log-in by entering your User ID and Password or biometrics.
- Click Transfers.
- Click Transfer to Other Bank.
- Input the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your mobile number or e-mail address. If enrolled in OTP Generator, click OK and submit the OTP generated by your registered device.
- Select the Destination Bank.
- Select InstaPay as Transfer Method.
- Select the Source Account where the funds will be debited.
- Input the Recipient’s Account Number and Name.
- Input the amount to be transferred.
- Select the Purpose of Transfer.
- Click Submit.
- Review the details in the Confirmation Page then click Confirm.
- A Transaction Acknowledgment page with the status of the transaction will be displayed.
